Process & agreement, in brief
A summary of our working terms - a full agreement is signed before every project, but this is exactly the shape of it.

Discovery call - we define project type, length, and visual style together.

Deposit & script approval - 50% of payment, matched with a full storyboard and script for approval before production.

Production - the actual generation of clips, with progress updates along the way.
- 4
Edit & grade - assembly, beat sync, color, and polish.
- 5
Delivery - final file plus social cuts, against the remaining balance.
PAYMENT & POLICY
- Payment: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% balance on final delivery.
- Turnaround: 5-10 business days for Basic and Standard, 10-15 for Premium.
- Revisions: the number included appears in each package above; an extra round is $150.
- Cancel before script approval: full refund of deposit.
- Cancel after production starts: no refund on costs already incurred; remaining deposit balance returned.
- Usage rights: client receives full commercial usage rights to the final deliverable. Raw working files stay with the studio.

Political content, or a third-party logo/brand without explicit license.
Use of protected music - every deliverable is checked against Content ID before publishing.
Medical or financial outcome claims - we review the wording together against regulatory requirements.
